I just happen to be in Colorado Springs working some business this week and I found a little time to run up Pikes Peak which is about 30 min. from Co.Springs. If you decide to make the trip yourself take note as to how much power is sapped by the elevation. It will be very noticeable. It was a much happier ride back down and if you bring the proper equipment, I imagine you could make it all the way down sideways. Here are some of the better pics.
